234game Terms and Conditions – Complete Platform Rules for Pakistani Players

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 234game ("the Platform", "we", "us" or "our"). By accessing the 234game website at 234game.ws, creating an account or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the 234game platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. These Terms apply to all players based in Pakistan and govern every interaction between the player and 234game, whether through the web browser interface, mobile browser or any API integration.

2. Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account on 234game, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout the life of your account:

• You are at least 18 years of age. 234game strictly prohibits access by anyone under 18 and employs automated and manual age-verification processes.
• You are a resident of or physically located in Pakistan at the time of play.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, trustee or representative of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of 234game or any of its affiliated game providers.
• You do not already hold an existing account on the 234game platform.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from 234game or had an account closed by 234game for a breach of these Terms.
• Your participation does not violate any law or regulation applicable to you in your jurisdiction.

234game reserves the right to request documentation confirming eligibility at any time. This may include a copy of a valid CNIC, passport or other government-issued identity document and proof of age. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period will result in account suspension pending review.

3. Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one account on 234game. Creating duplicate accounts – whether using the same or different personal details – is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate and complete information including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid Pakistani mobile number and a secure password. You accept full responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that takes place through your account.

If you suspect unauthorised access to your 234game account, you must notify us immediately at support@234game.ws. 234game will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access where you have failed to report suspected unauthorised activity promptly.

Account details including mobile number and payment methods may be updated through the account settings section of the platform. Any change to account details that materially affects identity verification may trigger a re-verification request from the compliance team before withdrawals are processed.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 234game are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used to deposit into the same 234game account. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to ensure the security of player funds. If your original deposit method is no longer available, contact support before requesting a withdrawal.

234game reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. For first-time withdrawals or withdrawals above Rs 50,000, the compliance team may initiate a brief review. This is a standard anti-fraud measure and does not imply any suspicion of wrongdoing.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

234game offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, the Refer a Friend programme and VIP Club rewards. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms in addition to these general Terms. In the event of a conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence for that promotion only.

General bonus rules that apply across all 234game promotions unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses credited as play-through credits carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier, eligible games and expiry period are stated in each promotion's terms.
• Referral programme bonuses are credited as real cash with no wagering requirement, subject to the referred player completing a qualifying first deposit.
• Bonus credits cannot be transferred between accounts, converted to real money without meeting the applicable wagering requirement or used on games specifically excluded in the promotion terms.
• 234game reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer before it is claimed if evidence of abuse is detected, and to reclaim a bonus already credited if abuse is discovered after the fact.
• Bonus abuse – including, but not limited to, opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing offsetting bets to meet wagering requirements at minimal risk and using automated bet-placement tools – is a breach of these Terms and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

Maximum withdrawal from bonus winnings is stated per promotion. If no maximum is stated, the default cap is ten times the original bonus value.

6. Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

234game is committed to providing a fair and secure gaming environment for every Pakistani player on the platform. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, investigation and, if confirmed, permanent closure with forfeiture of balances:

• Using any software, script, bot or automated process to interact with 234game games, the lobby or any promotional mechanism.
• Colluding with other players in poker, card games or any other game format where such collusion would provide an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software errors, display glitches or mathematical anomalies in any game. Any winnings accumulated through a known or suspected software error are not considered legitimate and will be reversed.
• Attempting to access or interfere with the 234game platform infrastructure, including any attempt to reverse-engineer game logic, intercept network traffic or manipulate session data.
• Providing false identity information, falsifying documents submitted for verification or impersonating another person.
• Using the 234game platform for any activity related to money laundering, terrorist financing or any other criminal purpose.

234game cooperates fully with Pakistani law enforcement and relevant financial authorities. Any account suspected of being used for financial crime will be frozen immediately, and the relevant authorities notified in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering legislation.

7. Game Rules

Each game available on the 234game platform is governed by its own game rules, which are accessible from within the game interface. These game rules are provided by the relevant game developer or supplier and form part of the overall framework of these Terms. In the event of a technical failure or disconnection during a game round:

• If a bet was placed and the game round was completed on the server before the disconnection, the result stands and will be reflected in your balance upon reconnection.
• If a disconnection occurred before the game round was resolved, the bet may be cancelled and the stake returned, depending on the game provider's specific rules for that situation.
• For live dealer games, the casino management system's records take precedence over any display anomaly on the player's device.

Jackpot wins are verified against the game provider's central jackpot server records. A jackpot win displayed on screen will only be paid if it is confirmed by the server-side records. In the rare event of a discrepancy, the server records are definitive.

Minimum and maximum bet limits per game are displayed within the game interface and may be updated from time to time. 234game reserves the right to adjust bet limits on any game with reasonable prior notice to players.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 234game platform, including the website design, logos, brand name, game content, graphics, text, software and any other materials, is owned by or licensed to 234game and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify or create derivative works from any 234game content without explicit prior written permission. This restriction includes screenshots, recordings or streams of gameplay shared in any context that could be considered commercial use or brand impersonation.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

10. Account Suspension and Closure

234game may suspend or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons, with immediate effect and without prior notice where the circumstances require it:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to the fair play provisions, the one-account rule and the age restriction.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity verification documents when requested.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or use of the platform for any illegal purpose.
• Detection of bonus abuse as defined in Section 5 of these Terms.
• A request from a recognised law enforcement or regulatory authority.
• A request by the player through the self-exclusion process described in Section 11.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, no deposits or withdrawals will be processed until the investigation is concluded. If a suspension is lifted and no breach is confirmed, any deposits held during the suspension will be returned in full. Where a breach is confirmed, balances may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature and severity of the breach.

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so at any time through the account settings or by contacting support. A voluntarily closed account with a positive real-money balance will have that balance returned to the original deposit payment method within five working days.

11. Responsible Gaming

• Cooling-off period – A temporary break from the platform lasting between 24 hours and 30 days. Access is reinstated automatically at the end of the period.

12. Limitation of Liability

While we make every reasonable effort to maintain continuous and uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or free from technical errors. In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities, the applicable limitations shall apply to the fullest extent permitted by the relevant law. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by 234game's gross negligence.

13. Amendments to These Terms

234game reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number on their account at least seven days before the changes take effect, except where the changes are required to comply with an immediate legal or regulatory obligation, in which case they may take effect immediately.

14. Governing Law and Disputes
